Responsibilities

The Internal Client Services Coordinator position will provide direct support to our internal clients across the USA.

    Provide customer service by receiving inbound calls and emails from internal clients at various city locations or from show site
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve variance discrepancies by working within the Oracle system or other
  • Ensure all controls are in place based on SOX compliance prior to processing a request
  • Maintain acceptable levels of call and processing standards while achieving best in class survey scores
  • Validate and document all call and adjustment requests
  • Ensure approvals for all adjustment, credit, or refund requests based on company guidelines
  • Process validated adjustments into the Oracle AR application
  • Ensure client accounts are updated correctly
  • Data entry in excel and maintain department database records
  • Stay current on best practices, policies, and procedures and servicing that may impact results
  • Scan, index, file, and retrieve files, while verifying information from sales and customers
  • Participate in corporate initiatives and IT projects by providing solutions, ideas, testing, and other functions as needed
  • Adhere to key processes as it relates to SOX compliance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Some college coursework preferred (Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration)
  • Continued education in AR and credit card industry services and trends
  • Minimum 3 Years PC Skills required with MS-Office including intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Email.
  • 2+ years combined experience required in: customer service, credit card servicing
  • Oracle Application experience highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills in a professional setting
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • High proficiency in multitasking and keeping to tight timelines
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
