THE JOB

As a Casino Cage Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth shift operations, including bank balancing, compliance with gaming regulations, and upholding our company's best practices. But that's not all - you'll also have the exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest service to both internal and external patrons, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience.

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $27.00/HR

THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Monitors quality in the department, assigns daily tasks, creates shift reports, and checks and approves transactions according to our rules
  • Support the Casino Cage Manager in maintaining balanced banks within the Cage at the end of each shift, following departmental variance policies. Review all reports and forms meticulously to ensure accuracy and compliance with Title 31 regulations
  • Collaborates with workforce management and Casino Cage Manager on work schedules, vacation requests, and attendance records, to ensure proper staffing levels
  • Play a vital role in Human Resources by fostering a work environment that champions client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction. Contribute to training and succession planning processes that embody the company's commitment to diversity
  • Highly skilled in handling all Casino Cage banking operations and window functions with precision and efficiency

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Experienced in both management and casino cage operations, demonstrating leadership abilities and a strong understanding of financial processes
  • Proficient in utilizing a variety of technology tools and platforms to streamline tasks and enhance productivity

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • At least two (2) years of previous cage experience
  • At least one (1) year of management experience
  • State of Nevada Gaming License
